The wooden handle has a nice weight to it, feels sturdy but not clumsy in the hand, and the brush lathers up way better than my old plastic one. The whole set looks classy sitting on my sink, and the shave left my skin feeling calm, not stripped.

The brush's knot is denser than I expected, so it whips up a thick lather in about half the time my old one did. Even the razor's weight feels substantial without being clumsy, which makes the whole ritual feel properly premium.

The brown finish looks even better in person than in the photos, and the brush feels dense without being scratchy on the lather. Shaving with this set has turned my morning routine into something I actually look forward to.
