The handle has a nice weight to it that feels solid in the hand, and the knot is packed tight enough to whip up a lather in under a minute. It’s my first proper badger brush and the difference from cheap synthetics is night and day.

The bristles feel dense and firm without being scratchy—exactly what I wanted for working up a lather. It’s made in Germany, and you can tell the build quality is solid; even after a week of daily use, not a single hair has shed.

The handle is perfectly balanced, and the black finish looks even better in person than in the photos. Lathers up nicely and holds its shape well through a full shave, definitely a step up from my last one.
